What does each option cost?

Lion's Mane AM is $50. Magnesium PM is $42. The set is $81 instead of $92. Shipping in the US is free.

How many servings are in each bottle?

Each bottle contains 30 servings. Morning is 2 vegan capsules each morning. Evening is 3 capsules each evening.

Is the lion's mane fruiting body or mycelium?

Both. Fruiting body and mycelium, with 40% polysaccharides.

Is the magnesium amount 2,500 mg or 275 mg?

Both numbers describe different things. A serving contains 2,500 mg magnesium glycinate, supplying 275 mg elemental magnesium.

When is Lion's Mane AM taken?

In the morning, beside the first cup and before the day gets busy.

When is Magnesium PM taken?

In the evening, before the lamp goes off.

What if I take medicine or have a health concern?

A doctor or pharmacist is the right person to ask first. The same applies during pregnancy, breastfeeding, with kidney concerns, or when taking several medicines.

Is the set five capsules at once?

No. They are split across the day: the morning bottle with the first coffee, the evening bottle before the lamp goes off.

What proof is available?

Each product has a published lab certificate. Ask us for the latest one. The facilities are GMP-certified.

What should I compare when choosing a supplement?

Compare the serving size, active amount and source form. For Morning, that means fruiting body and mycelium. For Evening, that means magnesium glycinate and its elemental magnesium.

Can I send a bottle back?

Unopened bottles can come back within 30 days of delivery, and the return shipping is on us. If anything arrives wrong, write to us and we replace it.
